The History of Japanese Ramen vol. 6

During 2000s, the new ramen style called “Toripaitan Ramen” got famous that has boiled chicken bone-based soup in.  It tastes thinner than pork bone-based but still has so much Umami in it.

Nowadays, a lot of ramen restaurants are getting more like fast-food shop.

At a lot of places, you get tickets of what you want including what kind of ramen, what kind of toppings…etc when you get there.

At all those shops, ramen come to you within 10 minutes or even less. 

I highly recommend that you visit a few difference ramen restaurants when you come to Japan!
